Week 1: June 29 – July 4, 2026 — America 250 / Fourth of July

July opened with America 250 celebrations. The red, white, and blue themed week featured campfire desserts, summer fruits, and a patriotic sugar cookie. This week’s classics were Chocolate Chip, Brownie Batter, and S’mores — Pink Sugar was notably absent from the classics that week.

• Campfire Skillet Cookie (NEW) — Warm chocolate cookie on a graham base with graham crumbs, chocolate squares, marshmallow mousse, graham streusel, and milk chocolate drizzle.
• Summer Berry Tart Cookie (NEW) — Chilled shortbread with vanilla bean mousse, house-made strawberry jam, fresh raspberries, and blueberries.
• Cherry Bomb Cookie ft. Golden OREO (NEW) — Chilled vanilla cookie in Golden OREO crumbles with a lime/cherry/blue raspberry cream frosting swirl.
• Caramel Apple Crisp Cookie — Cinnamon streusel cookie with apple pie filling, caramel drizzle, crumble streusel, and vanilla bean mousse.
• Strawberry Shortcake — Two-tier vanilla shortcake with whipped cream and house-made strawberry jam.

This was one of Crumbl’s biggest weeks ever — up to 10 items. The strawberry cup encores proved just how much fans loved June 22’s new NCDs.

Week 2: July 6–11, 2026 — Fan Favorites Week

This week Crumbl brought back fans’ all-time favorite flavors with just one new cookie in the mix — a perfect chance to re-taste old favorites.

• Marbled Stuffed Cheesecake Cookie (NEW) — Warm marbled brownie and vanilla cream cheese dough stuffed with cheesecake filling.
• Biscoff Skillet Cookie — Warm spiced Biscoff skillet cookie with mousse, Biscoff pieces, and cookie-butter drizzle.
• Birthday Cake Cookie ft. OREO — OREO-piece cookie with cake batter cream cheese frosting, OREO bits, and rainbow sprinkles.
• Caramel Shortbread Cookie ft. TWIX — Shortbread cookie with TWIX pieces, caramel, milk chocolate, and chopped TWIX.
• Strawberry Ice Cream Bar Cookie — Chilled strawberry-vanilla cookie with whipped white drop buttercream and strawberry-vanilla streusel.

Week 3: July 13–18, 2026 — Tropical Week

At the peak of summer, Crumbl launched Tropical Week — beach, ocean, and tropical fruit-inspired desserts, some with presentations that surprised everyone.

• Sandy Beach Banana Pudding Cup (NEW) — Banana pudding layered with vanilla pudding and vanilla wafers, whipped cream, and crushed wafers — served with a mini beach shovel spoon.
• Beach Bum Cookie (NEW) — Graham cookie with blue honey cream cheese frosting, a teddy graham lounging in a peach-ring “float” under a decorative parasol — the most playful presentation of the year.
• Key Lime Cheesecake (NEW) — Graham crust with key lime cheesecake filling, whipped cream rosettes, graham crumbs, and fresh lime.
• Hawaiian Coconut Cookie — Cake batter cookie with rainbow (green/pink/purple/yellow) coconut cream cheese frosting.
• Molten Lava Cake (NEW) — Chocolate cake with powdered sugar and French vanilla mousse, plus warm chocolate ganache on the side for pouring.
• Pineapple Whip Cookie — Pineapple sugar cookie with a whipped pineapple topping swirl.

Week 4: July 20–25, 2026 — Thins Week

This week belonged entirely to Cookie Thins — thin, crispy cookies sold in sets of 2. And the headline: on Monday, July 20, every customer got one free classic thin in-store, no purchase required.

• Mallow Thin Sandwich Cookie (NEW) — Two thin chocolate cookies with marshmallow cookies & cream mousse and gooey brownie pieces.
• M&M’S Minis Cookie Thins (NEW) — Crisp-chewy cookies with M&M’S Minis.
• Red Velvet Cookie Thins (NEW) — Two thin red velvet cookies with creamy white chips and white drizzle.
• Strawberry Cookie Thins (NEW) — Two thin strawberry cookies with dried strawberries and powdered sugar.
• Dubai-Style Chocolate Thin Sandwich Cookie — Two thin chocolate cookies with pistachio and kataifi filling.
• Cookie Butter Cookie Thins ft. BISCOFF — Thin cookie-butter cookies.

Classic thins were also available: Chocolate Chip, Pink Sugar, Brownie Batter, and S’mores Cookie Thins. The free-thin promotion (one of Pink Sugar, Chocolate Chip, S’mores, or Brownie Batter) drew long lines at stores.

Week 5: July 27 – August 1, 2026 — “Buckle Up” Road-Trip Week

The month closed with a road-trip snack-inspired week. To be fully transparent: Crumbl never released official descriptions for some of these flavors, so where no official description exists, I’ve said so clearly instead of guessing.
