Week 1: May 4–9, 2026 — Mother’s Day Week
May opened with a week built around gifting. Crumbl launched “bundl” gift boxes for Mother’s Day — large and mini 6-packs and 12-packs, with pre-orders by May 3 and fulfillment May 4–9 — and dropped a one-day-only cookie for Star Wars Day on May 4.
- Pink Velvet Heart Cake (NEW) — A fluffy heart-shaped cake batter cake topped with vanilla cream cheese frosting and cake crumbs — the centerpiece of the Mother’s Day lineup.

After Mother’s Day, the menu turned to comfort flavors — banana bread, cookie dough, and red velvet. A quieter week, and one of the last under Crumbl’s old menu model.
- Chocolate Toffee Cake Cup (NEW) — A cake cup stacked with chocolate cake, caramel-infused vanilla mousse, caramel, and crunchy toffee bits.
- Banana Bread Cookie — A fluffy banana cookie with brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, finished with cream cheese glaze and brown sugar streusel.
- Cookie Dough Cookie — A brown sugar cookie topped with cookie dough buttercream and cookie dough chunks.

- Blue Monster Cookie ft. Chips Ahoy! — A cookie with brown sugar, semi-sweet chocolate chips, and Chips Ahoy! pieces, topped with blue vanilla frosting and a mini Chips Ahoy! cookie.
- Molten Lava Cookie — A dark chocolate cookie oozing hot fudge, dusted with powdered sugar.
- Lemon Cake — A double layer of lemon cake with lemon curd, lemon cream cheese frosting, and a fresh lemon slice.

Week 4: May 25–30, 2026 — Memorial Day + Menu Overhaul
The final week of May was a turning point in Crumbl’s history. Effective May 25, the company overhauled its entire menu model: the old structure of six permanent classics plus four rotating flavors gave way to four seasonal “Summer Classics,” six rotating flavors each week, and Thins available daily. The Chocolate Chip itself was reformulated as the “Better Bake” Chocolate Chip Cookie — a warm brown sugar cookie with milk chocolate chips and semi-sweet chunks, described as nine years in the making. The change made headlines across food media.
- Peanut Butter Cup Brownie Cookie ft. Reese’s (NEW) — A brownie cookie filled with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, baked with brownie batter, extra Reese’s cups, and a warm peanut butter drizzle.
- Cookies & Cream Krispy Bar — A large krispy bar with cookies & cream pieces and melty white drops.
- Biscoff Cheesecake — A cheesecake bursting with warm spices and Biscoff pieces on a buttery Biscoff crust, with crushed Biscoff, a melted Biscoff pool, and whipped cream.
